The shipment of our Tacoma has been delayed several times due to bad weather conditions, and it arrived at the Port of Yokohama, JAPAN. It went through Customs the following day, and we were finally able to meet our Tacoma this morning.

It's BEAUTIFUL and We LOVE it !!! It will be delivered to our place later next week, but

I saw an online advertisement for a 2007 Lexus GS 450h (the hybrid), with low miles and I pretty much thought "this might be the car for me; I hope the sales team doesn't change my mind!" I have family in the new and used car business, and I know how it can be...and that you get a lot of flack at times.

Well, all I can say is WOW. I contacted Nash Auto about the car, and he got right back to me with information, pictures and professionalism. Since I live up in the Hollywood area, I couldn't make it down to see the car until that weekend. When I was able to drive down, Eric (Internet Sales)took care of us. I was turning in a leased vehicle, so I asked if I could buy the car, then pick it up in a month, to avoid making double car payments - no problem. He made what could have been a difficult process easy. We were in and out of there in hours...and I owned a beautiful car! When I came by a month later to pick it up, it was painless and easy.

If you have the chance to give your salespeople a pat on the back, or some special "kudos" for a job well done, I hope you take a moment to do so for Eric. If ANYONE I know is ever looking for a used Toyota or Lexus, I am sending them to Nash Auto!
